Party Party. Later Kyle!February 20, 2007
Well the one year anniversary party totally ruled! All 100 veggie burgers and 40 kabobs were consumed. The keg dried up with ease, followed by people showing up with their own brew. Along with the usual Jacksonvillians – people came from Daytona, St. Augustine and Orlando. Lots of people entered the raffle and 3 people won either an original Keith Ansel painting, a Test Skateboard, or a gift certificate to the store. Thanks Keith for the painting and thanks Tom from Test for the deck!
Max Wood played some sweet keyboard tunes on the astroturf, The Mountain Yellers sang about scabies and boxcars outside, Joe Gaskin sang serenades by the grill, Helios Eye got the party singing inside, and Tuffy rounded out the night when the keg was gone.
Also thank to Elaine from Heartworks – who made a bunch of rad food for us to give out and party with! We’re so glad that she’s such a big part of the store with us. She’s definetly one of the main reasons the store even exists. So next time you are at the store, tell Elaine how rad she is and get some good food to eat!

And if you’re in NYC and see this guy – tell him we said hey. This is Kyle, he’s been a rediculously outrageous large help in keeping the store going this past year, especially in regard to listening to killer hardcore and doing like 98% of all the inventory. He is moving back to NY today. He told the Navy to eat shit and he’s going back home. We’ll miss him. Best of luck Kyle.
